Join Disability Services for a welcoming discussion exploring ableism, accessibility and lived experiences. This year's discussion will center on Six Ways of Looking at Crip Time by Ellen Samuels, featured in Disability Visibility: First-Person Stories from the Twenty-First Century. Participants will explore how disability shapes experiences of time and challenges societal expectations around productivity and daily life. Tea and light refreshments will be provided. Students, faculty and staff are welcome.

Yoga Class

WorkWell has partnered with Fitness & Wellness to offer faculty and staff free weekly yoga classes. This is an All Levels Yoga class format. Participants can go to their own personal comfort level within each class. The instructor will offer cues and hands on coaching as desired. Mats are available for use or participants can bring their own.
