Examples might include visits to archives, libraries, galleries, performance or conference attendance, day trips or exchange programs, or visits to universities to collaborate with colleagues, to conduct research, to give talks, and so on. Occupancy of the flat isÌýlimited toÌýtwo adults-the second occupant can either be a member of the research team or a spouse/partner. Requests for a child to accompany parents should be included in the application, but no more than one minor can stay in the flat if there are 2 adults. If an occupant brings additional guests to the Flat not listed on the original application they will forfeit $50 per day of their stay, which will be deducted from their Schwalbe travel award. Any guest who has not filled out an occupancy agreement will not be allowed in the Flat. If we discover you have brought an illegal guest, you will be banned from use of the Flat in the future and will forfeit your travel award.Ìý
