AcademicLiveCare (ALC)Ìýprovides free telehealth services, including medical and mental health appointments. This service is free to all Âé¶¹Ãâ·Ñ°æÏÂÔØBoulder faculty, staff and studentsÌýregardless of your health insurance plan.Ìý

“Healthier U at CU� Wellness Fair

Âé¶¹Ãâ·Ñ°æÏÂÔØBoulder faculty and staff are invited to attend the wellness fair on Wednesday, February 22nd to learn more about employee benefits, discounts, and ways to connect with programs and services. Âé¶¹Ãâ·Ñ°æÏÂÔØdepartments and community vendors will be there to share information about topics such as childcare, housing, savings on utilities, recreational programs and more. There will be hands-on wellness activities and a chance to win prizes! Ìý

Skills for mental health support training

Health &ÌýWellness services has created 2 new trainings around mental health for faculty and staff. The first is a 15 minute training designed to give faculty and staff more information aboutÌýcampus resources as well as how to recoginze and respond when someone is in distress.ÌýThe second training is a more in-depth 2 hour course. Both courses can be accessed throughÌýtheÌý.

Wellness Wednesdays

Join Âé¶¹Ãâ·Ñ°æÏÂÔØHealth & Wellness Services for its newly launched Employee Wellness Wednesday series. Workshops are available for staff and faculty to engage in self-care activities, learn about campus resources, and build community. Themes rotate regularly, allowing participants to come and go as they please. Explore the schedule and register online.Ìý
