This spring, Âé¶¹Ãâ·Ñ°æÏÂÔØBoulder invites all Forever Buffs to celebrate Alumni Weekend. This year’s event is extra special — Âé¶¹Ãâ·Ñ°æÏÂÔØBoulder is turning 150! Come back to campus to be part of this milestone celebration.Ìý

Whether you’re a new graduate missing your strolls around Norlin Quad, a parent wanting to share your college days with your family or a professional looking to network with other alumni, this is your weekend to be recognized.Ìý

Celebrate your class reunion with a special event to honor alumni with milestone graduation years. Class reunions will recognize the Classes of 2021, 2001, 2016, 1986, 1976 and the Golden Anniversary Club (alumni who graduated 50+ years ago). Plan to join your fellow Buffs.

Celebrate distinguished alumni at the Alumni Awards

Notable alumni will be honored at the 96th Annual Alumni Awards. Alumni Weekend is the perfect time to celebrate the bonds, achievements and memories that shape the Buff community.Ìý

This year’s awards feature some of Âé¶¹Ãâ·Ñ°æÏÂÔØBoulder’s highest distinctions, including the George Norlin Award, Alumni Recognition Award, Leanne Skupa‑Lee Award, Kalpana Chawla Outstanding Recent Graduate Award, Robert L. Stearns Award and the Forever Buffs Student Award. Each honor reflects a commitment to leadership, service, innovation or excellence in one’s field — the very qualities that strengthen the Buff network across the globe.Ìý

Cheer on the Buffs at Black and Gold Day

Get your first look at the 2026 Colorado Buffaloes football team during this year’s on April 11. With new faces joining returning talent, this open practice and scrimmage is the perfect chance to see the next chapter of Buffs football take shape at Folsom Field.

Gates open at 11 a.m., and on‑field action begins at 1 p.m. Admission is free, but tickets must be claimed starting March 3 at 10 a.m.

In addition to the spring game, fans can enjoy family‑friendly activities throughout the day, including Field Day presented by Children’s Hospital Colorado, the Jr. Buffs Spirit Clinic and opportunities to meet the team for autographs and photos. And don’t miss Ralphie VII’s first Black & Gold Day run, weather permitting — a highlight that always brings the whole stadium to its feet.ÌýÌý

See Hellems Reimaged at the reopening celebration

Take part in the next chapter of a beloved campus landmark as Hellems reopens its doors after an extensive renovation. Home of the Humanities in the College of Arts and Sciences, Hellems has long been a place where students discover new ideas, explore big questions and find community. The renovation preserves the building’s historic character while elevating it for future generations.

Thoughtfully redesigned with a student‑first, sustainable focus, the new Hellems blends modern learning spaces, improved accessibility and energy‑efficient features that honor Âé¶¹Ãâ·Ñ°æÏÂÔØBoulder’s commitment to both academic excellence and environmental responsibility.

Join fellow alumni, faculty, students and community members for the on Friday, April 10, from 2:30–4:30 p.m. This is a chance to reconnect with a space that has shaped the Âé¶¹Ãâ·Ñ°æÏÂÔØexperience for more than a century.

Attend the Conference on World Affairs

Extend your trip to attend the annual Conference on World Affairs. This year’s program culminates with a special appearance by Malala Yousafzai as the closing speaker, offering an inspiring end to a week of thought‑provoking conversations.Ìý

Hear from innovative global leaders and experts on the world’s most pressing issues. Learn about recent developments in business, politics, media and the arts. Connect with Âé¶¹Ãâ·Ñ°æÏÂÔØBoulder faculty, staff, students and other alumni through impactful conversations and extensive lecture series.Ìý
